摘要
低压缸6-8号轴承温度偏高的问题一直是影响平圩2台600MW机组安全运行的一大隐患。围绕低压缸轴承改造后轴系的稳定性问题,对润滑油系统及顶轴油系统等方面进行计算分析,为改造的可行性问题提供了理论依据。经过运行实践证明,采用四瓦块可倾瓦替代圆筒瓦能够有效地降低6-8号轴承温度,进一步保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
The higher temperature problem of No.6-No.8 bearings of low pressure cylinder had always been a major hidden trouble influencing the safe operation of two 600 MW steam turbines in Pingwei Power plant. Focusing on the shaft system stability, lubricating oil system and jacking oil system after the reconstructing of low pressure cylinder etc. aspects, the calculation and analysis were carried out, providing the theoretical basis for reconstructing feasibility.The operation practice proved that to adopt 4-segment tilting-pad instead of cylindrical-pad could effectively decrease the temperature of No.6-No.8 bearings,further ensure the safe-steady operation of unit.
