鼻咽癌患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1测定及意义

Determination of Plasma Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Moleculars - 1 and its Significance in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

[目的]探讨鼻咽癌患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM鄄1)水平的意义。[方法]采用ELISA法测定48例不同期别鼻咽癌患者和30例正常对照者血清sICAM鄄1水平。[结果]各期鼻咽癌患者血清sICAM鄄1水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);颈淋巴结转移组高于非转移组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ期与Ⅱ期患者血清sICAM鄄1的含量均高于Ⅰ期(P<0.01),且Ⅲ期高于Ⅱ期(P<0.01)。[结论]血清sICAM鄄1水平与鼻咽癌的发生及发展相关。

To explore the significance of serum level of soluble intercellular adhesion moleculars-1(sICAM-1)in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Serum level of sICAM-1in48cases with NPC at dif-ferent stage grades and30cases of normal control were measured by ELISA method.Serum sICAM-1ele-vated in every group with NPC compared to the controls(P<0.01).The serum sICAM-1were higher in positive cervi-cal node group than that in negative group(P<0.01).The serum levels of sICAM-1in stageⅢandⅡwere higher than that in stageⅠ(P<0.01),and that in stageⅢwas higher than that in stageⅡ(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The serum level of sICAM-1is correlated with progression of NPC.
