手术室护士职业危害与防护对策

Professional dangers and preventive measures for operation room nurses

目的 :探讨手术室护士在临床工作中的职业危害与防护对策。方法 :从生物、化学、物理、环境 4个方面分析了手术室护士的职业危害以及需采取的防护措施。结果 :采取有针对性的防护措施后 ,手术室护士患病例数及针刺伤、刀割伤、污血溅落眼睛次数明显降低 ,采取措施前后差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :减少或消除造成职业危害的各种因素 。

Objective:To explore effective preventive measures from professional danger for operation room nurses.Method:We have analyzed for preventive measures in four aspects:biological?chemical?physical?enviromental.Result:There are close relationship between incidence of nurses' professional infection and needle puncture lancet cutting,eye contamination by patients' blood(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prevention is critical for reducing professional danger for operation room nurses.
