糖尿病门诊患者对疾病知识的需求与护理干预

Disease knowledge need from out patient of diabetics mellitus (DM) and nursing intervention

目的 :了解糖尿病 (DM)患者掌握疾病知识与自身控制及并发症发生的关系。方法 :随机将 10 0例DM患者分为观察组与对照组各 5 0例 ,观察组予以护理干预 ,对照组不作干预 ,均在门诊就诊 1年。结果 :干预组患者对疾病知识掌握较好 ,各项生化指标优于对照组 ,并发症的发生率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :门诊治疗时及时满足DM患者对疾病知识的需求 。

Objective:To investigate relationship of knowledge about DM disease and self control of complication.Method:100 cases DM had been divided into observation group and control with 50 cases in each.In observation group,grasping condition of DM knowledge is better,biochemistry index is better,complication less(P<0.05).Result:Conclusion:Understanding about DM knowledge can help patients to reduce complications.
