108例胎膜早破因素分析

Analysis on Factors of Early Rupture of Fetal Membrane

目的 探讨引起胎膜早破的原因及防治措施。方法 分析住院分娩产妇 1 2 83例 ,对其中 1 0 8例早期破膜病例的各种可能造成因素进行总结。结果 臀位、多胎妊娠、妊高征、流产史 ,及生殖器感染均占一定比例。结论 胎膜早破对分娩造成诸多影响 ,特别已对母婴构成威胁 。

Objective To discuss the reasons and prevention that cause early rupture of fetal membrane. Methods The factors of 108 cases early rupture among 1283 women were analyzed retrospectively. Results Breech position, multiplets, cyesis and hypertention syndrome, abortion history and reproductive infection were involved in early rupture. Conclusion The early rupture of fetal membrane might make many affections for delivery especially for mother and baby so the factors of early rupture should be avoided.
