立止血喷射雾化吸入治疗咯血37例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Hemoptysis with Injecting Vaporized Inhaling of Raptilase

目的 观察立止血对咯血局部雾化吸入的止血效果。方法 按咯血量大小 ,分别采用立止血 2kU、4kU、6kU加 5～ 1 0mL盐水稀释后放入雾化器中 ,以压缩空气为驱动力 ,常用流量为 4～ 1 2L/min行喷射雾化吸入 ,8～ 1 2h 1次。结果 37例中显效 1 6例 ,有效 1 8例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 91 89%。与对照组相比差异显著 (对照组总有效率为 77 78% )。结论 立止血雾化吸入治疗咯血 ,方便。

Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of raptilase with local vaporized inhaling for hemoptysis. Methods According to the volume of hemoptysis, the raptilase was used in 2 ku, 4 ku and 6 ku with 5～10 ml saline dilution in vaporizer in common volume of 4～12 l/min for 8～12 hl. Results The total effective rate was 91.89% in 37 cases among them 16 cases were good effective, 18 cases effective and 3 cases non effective. There was significant difference compared with control group ( total effective rate was 77.78%). Conclusion This method could treat the hemoptysis easy and effective in accuracy.
