24例呼吸衰竭病人无创通气失败原因分析

Analysis of Failure Reason of Non-invasive Ventilation for Respiratory Failure

目的 分析无创通气失败原因 ,以利于合理使用无创通气。方法 通过对 1 998- 0 8～ 2 0 0 3- 0 8住院的无创辅助通气失败的病例进行回顾性分析。结果 2 4例无创辅助通气失败原因中低氧血症不能纠正占 6 2 5 % (1 5 / 2 4 ) ,面罩漏气不能耐受占 1 2 5 % (3/ 2 4 ) ,面部皮肤破损占 1 2 5 % (3/ 2 4 ) ,眼损害占 4 1 % (1 /2 4 ) ,胃肠胀气占 4 1 % (1 / 2 4 ) ,恐惧占 4 1 % (1 / 2 4 )。结论 提高无创辅助通气的技巧 。

Objective To analyze the failure reasons of non-invasive ventilation so that to handle it properly. Methods The materials of 24 cases of non-invasive ventilation failure patient hospitalized from August 1998 to August 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 62.5% failure reason was un-redressed hypoxia, 12.5% was mask leakage without endurance, 12.5% was facial skin broken, 4.1% was eye injury, 4.1% was gastrointestine distension and 4.1% was apprehensiveness. Conclusion The improvement of non-invasive ventilation skill should be key point as it might be an ideal method to treat respiratory failure.
