摘要
针对轧机轴承接触单元中面力不连续问题 ,提出子单元和微单元新概念 ,更新已有轧机轴承载荷边界元法面力影响系数 ,较精确地计算出轧机轴承载荷的三维分布。计算实例表明 :计算值与实测值的误差为 5
Aimed at the discontinuous distribution of traction on the contact elements of mill roller bearings,a kind of new concepts about sub-element and micro-element are put forward.In the meantime,the traction influence coefficient of boundary element method of mill roller bearing load is updated;the three-dimension distribution of the load in mill roller bearing can be accurately calculated.In practice,the relative error between the calculation and measurement is less than 5%.
