摘要
本文对在积分反应中,氮气氛条件下沈北、兴隆庄、大同和官地四种不同变质程度的煤进行了加压干馏的研究。重点考查了压力变化对干馏产物数量和性质的影响。实验结果表明,随压力的提高,煤气产率增加,焦油产率减少;煤气中的甲烷量增加。煤的干馏气和焦油产率与煤中可燃基挥发分之间有近似的线性关系。
The research on pressurized carbonization of four Chinese coals with different metamorphism-Shenbei, Xing long zhuang, Datong, Guandi was performed in an integrating reactor at N2 atmosphere. The emphasis of the research was put on the effect of pressure on carbonization test. The expe-erimental results indicate that with the increase of operation pressure, the gas yield increases, tar yield decreases and the methane content of gas also increases. It is also found that there is an approximate linear correlation between the yields of gas and tar of coal and the volatile matter of coal on dry, ash-free basis.
