摘要
通过分析论证 ,指出了输变电设备污闪的主要原因是外绝缘配置偏低。随着污秽等级从Ⅰ级发展到Ⅲ级 ,因外绝缘裕度较小 ,受杆塔高度限制无法调爬 ,因此应在基建设计时给运行部门留足裕度。根本解决污闪问题需要 :重新认识污秽绝缘设计 ;修、制定相关国家行业标准 ;对原有、新建的线路、变电站应采用不同的防污闪对策 ;建议线路污秽设计用污耐压法 ,变电站仍用爬电比距法。
The reason of pollution flashover of transmission and distribution equipment has been analyzed in the paper . The inadequate external insulation is the main reason. And with pollution class develops from Ⅰ to Ⅲ because pole height is limited and external insulation space is too low to adjust creepage distance the flashover will occur. So necessary space should be given to management department when designing. The way to settle pollution flashover problem is to understand pollution insulation design and modify or establish country and industry standard, and apply different countermeasure in new lines or substation. Finally some advices and research subjects have been given in the paper.
