摘要
目的 研究六味地黄汤不同配伍对马钱素药物动力学的影响。方法 小鼠一次灌胃六味地黄汤、三补汤 (山茱萸 ,山药 ,地黄 )、一补一泻汤 (山茱萸 ,丹皮 )、山茱萸汤后 ,用建立的HPLC法测定吸收入血的马钱素血药浓度 -时间曲线 ,用梯形法计算血药浓度 -时间曲线下面积 (AUC) ,比较马钱素的吸收速度及程度。结果 以Cmax/AUC、Tmax和t1 / 2ka为吸收速度指标 ,以一补一泻汤最快 ,其次为三补汤及六味地黄汤 ,单味药山茱萸汤最慢 ;以AUC及Cmax为吸收程度指标 ,单味药山茱萸汤吸收程度最高 ,一补一泻汤最低。
Objective To observe pharmacokinetics of different combinations of liu Wei dihuang(LW) decoction in loganin. Methods Mice were given LW decoction,Sanbu decoction,Yibuyixie decoction.The plasma loganin concentration-time(c-t) curve was performed by HPLC method,the area under the curve(AUC) was calculated, and the absorption speed and degree were compared. Results The pharmacokinetics model was 1-compartment model with 1st order absorption after single dose of 10ml/kg in different combinations of LW decoction in mice.Compared the speed of absorption and elimination of loganin,Yibuyixie decoction was the fastest and MON decoction was the slowest.Compared the degree of absorption of loganin,MON decoction was the highest and Yibuyixie was the lowest. Conclusion The different combinations of LW decoction could effect the pharmacokinetics of loganin.
