摘要 目的 研究保健食品中的糖对抗疲劳作用评价指标的影响。方法 用 0 0 8、0 83和 8 33g/kgBW剂量的蔗糖溶液灌胃昆明种小鼠 30d后 ,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、游泳后的血清尿素氮和血乳酸值 ,比较蔗糖各剂量组与对照组的差异。结果 小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、游泳后的血清尿素氮、血乳酸值升高幅度和消除幅度与对照组比较差异均无显著意义。结论 按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范 2 0 0 3》的判定标准 ,蔗糖的抗疲劳作用为阴性 ,因此 ,就规定的四项指标进行抗疲劳作用的功能评价时 。 Objective To study the influence of the sugar in function food on the results of anti-fatigue activities.Methods Kunming mice were treated by oral suerose for 30 days with the dosage of 0.083,0.83 and 8.33g/kgBW sucrose solution.The loading forced swim time,glycogen content in liver,serum urea nitrogen and blood lactate value were tested 30 minutes after the last treatment.Results The results showed on significant difference between the three freated groups and the control in all of above tests.Conclusion The anti-fatigue activity of sucrose solution is negative based on the “Criterions of Test Methods and Assessment for Function Food——2003”.So the control group treated with sugar in anti-fatigue activity experiment is not necessary.
