摘要
目的 探讨超高龄患者腹部外科手术围手术期的处理。方法 回顾性分析 82例 80岁以上患者腹部外科手术围手术期临床资料。结果 82例超高龄患者术前均有并存病 ,术后发生并发症 38例(4 6 % ) ;治愈 79例 (96 3% ) ,死亡 3例 (3 7% )。结论 超高龄患者并非手术治疗的禁忌证。通过加强围手术期处理 ,减少急诊手术 ,尽可能做择期手术 。
Objective To investigate the perioperative management of abdominal surgery in over-aged patients.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients aged over 80 years undergoing abdominal surgery were analysed retrospectively.Results All of 82 over-aged patients had coexistent diseases,and then 38 patients of them had postoperative complications;79 patients were cured,and 3 patients died.Conclusion Over-aged patients are not the contraindication of operation.They can go safely through operation by virtue of intensiveness of perioperative management,reduction of emergent operation,and choice of selective opration.
