摘要
在常压到6.0MPa的压力范围内进行煤和煤焦的加氢气化试验,发现气化速率、转化率、甲烷和乙烷的产率都随着氢气压力的提高而增加。当压力高于2.0MPa时,煤气(不包括H_2)中烃类化合物的含量达到或超过90%。煤焦的气化活性随煤焦制备压力的提高而下降。建立了动力学模型,对反应活性指标及各种烃类气体的产率进行了数学关联,较好地拟合了各项实验结果。
The tests of hydrogasification of coals and chars were carried out at hydrogen pressure from atmosphere to 6.0 MPa. It was found that hydrogasification rate, conversion fraction, yields of methane and ethane all increase with increasting of pressure. At the pressure higher than 2.0 MPa, the content of aliphatic compound in produced gas (not including H2) can reach or exceed 90%, When increasing of the char-preparation prtssure the hydro-gasification reactivity of char rises. A kinetics model of hydrogasification was established which can be well coincided with the results of experiments.
