腐败是与权力相伴生的一种社会现象,权力与腐败有着深层次的关系,腐败是权力非公共运作的必然结果,权力主体的自利性、权力本身的可获利性及运作过程中的失控,是产生腐败的深层理论根源。

Corruption is a social phenomenon coexisting with power. Power has a deep relation with corruption, and the latter is a natural result of the former that runs on the non-public track. The theoretical origin in depth for corruption can be attributed to the self-interest of the power subject, the profit obtained from power, and the unmanageable mode for the process of power employment.
