摘要
分析了彩色CCD摄像机测量机理 ,并根据彩色CCD摄像机光电特性和维恩定律 ,建立了由火焰图像求取燃烧温度场的数学模型。推导和分析了相应的 3色温度测量模型并提出了一种用BP神经网络计算二维温度场的方法。实验表明利用这种方法求取的温度场能反映燃烧状况 。
The measurement mechanism of CCD color video camera is analyzed. Based on photovoltaic characteristic of CCD color video camera and Wein law, a mathematical model of combustion temperature field related with flame image is derived. A tri-color thermometry model is developed and analyzed and a method of calculating two-dimensional temperature field by BP neural network is developed. Experiments show that the method reflects combustion characteristic and has high measurement precision.
