摘要
介绍了一种基于WorldFIP现场总线的振动测量仪表的组成原理及软硬件设计方案 ,包括同步整周期采样、抗混滤波器的实现以及键相脉冲处理和交直流分离方案 ,该仪表直接处理振动数据 ,并通过现场总线发送测量或处理结果。设计中充分利用了 6 8HC12众多内嵌模块的功能 ,使得电路设计简洁 ,抗干扰能力强 ,可靠性高。文中具体分析了主要电路的作用及工作原理 ,软件的设计及WorldFIP现场总线的软硬件接口。
The constitute and design of software and hardware of the vibration measurement instrument based on WorldFIP fieldbus are introduced, including the synchronous full period sampling, the realization of anti-aliasing filter, the processing of key pulse and the separating method of alternating and direct current signals. This instrument directly disposes vibration measurement data and transmits them through fieldbus. This design makes full use of many embedded functions of the 68HC12 MCU, and makes the circuit simple and has a good anti-disturbance ability and a high reliability. This paper mainly analyses the working principle of the primary circuits, the software design and the software and hardware interface with WorldFIP fieldbus.
