摘要
火电厂主汽温控制系统具有大惯性、大迟延和时变等特性 ,其控制水平的高低直接影响到锅炉的热效率和过热器管道、汽轮机等设备的安全运行 ,将主汽温串级广义被控对象拟合为一阶加纯滞后模型结构后采用将专家控制原理与常规PID控制相结合构成专家PID控制策略。仿真研究表明 ,该方法的控制效果优于常规的PID控制 ,能适应对象参数的变化并表现出良好的控制品质 。
The main steam temperature control system has large time constant, long time-delay and time-varying in thermal power plant. The control level of it affects the safe running directly, such as the thermal efficiency of boiler, the pipeline of superheater and turbine etc. After assimilated the generalized control plant of main steam temperature system as one rank and pure time-delay model, an expert PID control strategy is presented in this paper, which is combined the expert control principle and general PID control. Simulation results show that this strategy can adapt the changing of the parameters of the object and behave well control performance compared with PID control. It has strong robustness and self-adaptive ability.
