摘要
本文对结合有双偶氮颜料的双层结构光导器件的性能以及电荷传输材料对光电导性能的影响作了综合介绍,对其在静电照像方面的应用前景作了展示。
The functions of the dual-layer photoconduc-tive devices incorporating bisazo pigments and the effects of charge transpert material on the photcconductire property are reviewed.The prospects for the application of the devices to the xerography are also revealed.
