对衡阳车辆段原有轴承压装设备进行了信息化改造 ,开发了滚动轴承压装过程监测及控制系统 ,实现自动化压装控制和检测 ,无需人工干预 ,能准确得到所需的各种参数及压装力曲线 ,达到了市场上新型压装机的性能 。

The semiautomatic bearing push mounting machine of the railway freight-cars,was rebuilt.And the software based multi-thread for stakeout and measure the data was developed.Without manual operation,various parameters and curves of press required can be obtained and information managed can be realized by it.
