摘要
目的 观察增殖前期糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabeticretinopathy ,DR)的吲哚青绿血管造影表现。方法 随机选择增殖前期糖尿病视网膜病变患者 2 8例 30只眼进行吲哚青绿眼底血管造影。正常对照组 2 9例 2 9只眼进行脉络膜血流动力学观察。结果 增殖前期DR组与正常组脉络膜循环动力学比较 ,最早荧光出现时间、最强荧光出现时间延长 ,差异有显著性。 2 0只眼 (6 6 7% )增殖前期DR出现脉络膜血管扩张。 4只眼 (13 3% )黄斑囊样水肿病例 ,黄斑水肿区可见中期出现的并随时间而增强的高荧光。 3只眼 (10 % )造影后期在后极部可见小片状强荧光和弱荧光相间的“椒盐”样外观。结论 在增殖前期糖尿病视网膜病变中即存在脉络膜血管的改变。
OBJECTIVE To report angiography findings of preproliferative diabetic retinopathy for indocyanine green angiography(ICGA) METHODS Thirty eyes of 28 consecutive patients with preproliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected randomly and 29 eyes of healthy control volunteers were studied to compare the choroidal dynamics by ICGA RESULTS Compared with controls,the times of fluorescent appearance of earliest and strongest phase were delayed in preproliferative diabetic retinopathy respectively,which had statistical significance Features of ICGA in 20 eyes(66 7%)with preproliferative diabetic retinopathy appeared to be dilated choroidal veins were hypofluorescence area appeared with local leakage There was macular edema in the 4 eyes(13 3%),and it was obvious that hyperfluorescene was enhanced by time in the metaphase Three eyes(10%) had the patchy,spotted hyperfluorescein pattern that was described as “salt and pepper” appearance in later phase over the posterior pole area CONCLUSION There are choroidal changes in preproliferative diabetic retinopathy
