摘要
对内压作用下的开口环壳和闭口环壳分别进行了应变力和变形测试 ,结果表明 ,Ω型开口环壳内拱开口附近的外表面是环壳最容易失效的地方。塑胶闭口环壳环向载面变形中弧段长度变化最大的是中性线与内拱之间特别是靠近中性线的一段 ;外拱区的经向弧段长度先随内压的增加而缩短 ,然后再随内压的增加而伸长 ,但是内拱区的经向弧段长度一直随内压的增加而缩短 ,说明外拱区经向拉应力较内拱区的要大。环壳弯曲半径随内压的增大而增大 ,但其弯曲系数 (λ)随内压的增大而减小 ,降低了环壳的柔性。
Testing and measurement about strain/stress or defor mation were done.R esult were show that the outside surface nearby intrados of Ω-shap ring shell i s easiest to fail.The most deformation place in circle of across secion of O-sha pe ring shell is between flank and intrados,and nearby intrados.The warp on extr a kos of O-shape ring shell is shorter as pressure raise at first,then longer as p ressure raise.But,The warp on extrados of O-shape ring shell is shorter as press ure raise at all time.The bend radio is increase but the bend coefficient (λ) is reduce as the pressure raise.
