摘要 本文介绍了在台式加压固定床反应器上加氢气化时,各种因素对三种煤气体产物生成速率的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高,分别气生了两个CH_4、CO生成速率峰和一个CO_2生成速率峰。氢压提高时,CH_4生成速率增加,而CO、CO_2生成速率则降低。另外,还对甲烷生成反应动力学及加氢气化产物生成机理进行了研究。 The effect factors of gas formation rate of three type of coals in hydro-gasification were introduced in a pressure fixed bed reaction of bench scale two formation rate peaks for methane and carbon dioxide and one for carbon monoxide were found with temperature rise. When hydrogen pressure rises, methane formation rate increases but carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide formation rate decrease. Moreover, the kinetics of methane formation reaction and the mechanism of hydrogasification were also discussed.
