益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型慢性尿酸性肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Uratic Nephropathy due to Deficiency of Both qi and yin Treated by Means of Supplementing qi and Nourishing yin

目的 :观察益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型慢性尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将 5 2例慢性尿酸性肾病患者随机分为治疗组 (32例 )和对照组 (2 0例 ) ,治疗 2月后进行总疗效、临床症状、血尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白水平的评估。结果 :治疗组与对照组的有效率比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;临床症状积分比较 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在改善血肌酐、尿素氮、降低尿蛋白方面 ,治疗组均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型慢性尿酸性肾病疗效满意。

Purpose: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin method in treating chronic uratic nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin. Method: Fifty-two cases of chronic uratic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treated group(32 cases) and the controlled group to evaluate the total therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms, blood uric acid, blood creatinine, urea nitrogen and urinary protein level two months later. Result: There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05) between the treated group and the controlled group in the effect rate. The treated group was superior to the controlled group in clinical symptom grading, improvement of blood creatinine, urea nitrogen and decrease of urinary protein. Conclusion: It's satisfactory to treat chronic uratic nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin with the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin .
