摘要
目的 探讨甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌 (MethicillinResistantStaphylococcusAureus,MRSA)的药物敏感状况。方法 采用Kerby -Bauer纸片扩散法测定临床分离的 70株MRSA对 18种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果 70株MRSA对万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺、链阳菌素敏感率达 10 0 % ,对利福平和磷霉素的敏感率分别 92 9%、 74 3 % ,对其他抗菌药物敏感率在 0 %~ 41 4%之间。结论 MRSA呈多重耐药。其对万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺、链阳菌素的敏感率为 10 0 % ,可作为MRSA感染的首选 ,其他药物可根据药敏结果选择。
Objective To explore the drug sensitivity status of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).Methods The method of Kerby-Bauer paper disk diffusion was conducted to detect the resistance spectrum to 18 kinds of antibiotics for 70 MRSA strains.Results Among 70 MRSA strains, the sensitivity were 100% for vancomycin, teicoplanin, linezolid and streptogramin, 74.3% for fosfomycin, 92.9% for rifampicin, and ranged from 0% to 18.6% for other antibiotics.Conclusions MRSA has low sensitivity to penicillins,cephalosporins,otherβ-lactams,aminoglycosides,macrolides,however,there are relatively high sensitive rates to fosfomycin and rifampicin, and 100% sensitivity to vancomycin, teicoplanin, linezolid and streptogramin.
