根管内用药对预防根管预备后疼痛的研究

摘要 目的 探讨地塞米松 -抗生素混合剂根管内用药对预防根管预备后疼痛的作用。方法 根据单盲 ,计算机随机法选取 3 0 9颗牙髓炎患牙为研究对象。实验组根管内封入地塞米松 -抗生素混合剂 ,对照组封入木馏油 ,就患牙根管预备后 0、 6、 12、 2 4、 48及 72小时的患牙和全身反应进行观察和评价。结果 实验组疼痛程度、中及重度疼痛发生率明显低于对照组。根管预备后疼痛在 6~ 12小时最为严重 ,以后逐渐缓解。实验组未出现全身副反应。结论 根管内应用地塞米松 -抗生素混合剂对预防根管预备后发生疼痛的效果显著 ,是牙髓炎根管预备后预防疼痛的有效根管内用药。 Objective To determine whether intracanal medication with the mixture of dexamethasone and antibiotic can prevent from pain after root canal preparation.Methods 309 teeth with pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups (experimental group that were given the intracanal mixture of dexamethasone and antibiotic, and control group that were given creosote only).At 0,6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after root canal preparation, local pain and general reaction were observed and evaluated.Results The pain degree and occurrence rate for severe pain in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group.Patients experienced the severest pain at 6-12 hours after the root canal preparation. No general side effect occurred in experimental group.Conclusions Intracanal medication with the mixture of dexamethasone and antibiotic effectively prevents from the pain after root canal preparation.
