氯氮平合并氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的对照研究

The effect of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia with clozapine combination fluoxetine

目的 :评价氯氮平合并氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副作用。 方法 :将符合CCMD -3的 78例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组 (氯氮平 +氟西汀组 )和对照组 (氯氮平组 ) ,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)、阴性症状量表 (SANS)和副反应量表 (TESS)分别于治疗前、治疗后 4、8、12周末进行疗效及副反应评定。 结果 :治疗 8周后研究组PANSS总分、阴性因子分、SANS总分及分量表分均比治疗前明显下降 ,且阴性因子分显著低于对照组。治疗后 4周、8周、12周末TESS评分 ,研究组低于对照组且治疗后低于治疗前 ,比较均有显著性差异。 结论 :氯氮平合并氟西汀能明显改善慢性精神分裂症的阴性症状 。

Objective: To compare the effect of clozapine plus fluoxetine on the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia. Methods: 78 chronic schizophrenia patients with mainly negative symptoms were randomly divided into study group and control group for 12 weeks. The study group was treated by clozapine plue fluoxetine, and the control group was only treated by clozapine. The clinical effect and side effects were assessed with PANSS, SANS and TESS before and after the treatment of 4th, 8th and 12th weeks. Results: The therapeutic efficacy in study group was significantly higher than that in control group. The side effect in study group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusions: Clozapine plus fluoxetine has better effect in treatment of negative symptoms.
