脂毒性与2型糖尿病浅析 被引量:6

摘要 阐述了 2型糖尿病的“脂毒性”理论 ,并从西医学和中医学两方面分别阐述了脂代谢异常及脾气亏虚、脂膏浊毒与该病发生发展的密切关系 ,进而提出从减轻脂毒性入手治疗 2型糖尿病的观点。
