西宁地区足月与过期妊娠胎盘X细胞的比较研究

COMPARISON OF X CELLS IN PL ACENTA BETWEEN TERM AND PROLONGED PRENGNANCY IN XINING

目的 研究西宁地区足月及过期妊娠的胎盘X细胞数及其蜕变率的变化 ,以推测其对妊娠的影响。方法 对胎盘的X细胞及蜕变的X细胞在显微镜下观察计数。结果 足月后随孕周的增加胎盘的X细胞总数和X细胞的蜕变率均呈显著增加趋势 ,而未蜕变的X细胞则无显著差异。

Objective Comparison the numbers of X cells and the rate of decayed X cell in placenta between term and prolonged pregnancy Methods The number of X cell and decayed X cell in placenta was counted by microscope Results Following the pregnancy weeks developed, the sum of X cell and the rate of decayed X cell were both increased distinctly. But there was no significant difference in X cell which without decay. Conclusion The increase of sum of X cell in prolonged pregnancy has no effect to set on labor.
