大花红景天中红景天甙最佳提取工艺的初步研究

THE STUDY OF THE OPTIMAL EXTRACTION TECHNICS ABOUT SALIDROSIDE FORM RHODIOLA CRENULATA

目的 探讨从大花红景天中提取红景天甙的主要影响因素。方法 采用正交实验法考察了粒度、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度等因素对提取红景天甙的影响 ;利用HPLC法测定红景天甙的含量。结果 红景天原料的粒度、提取温度、乙醇浓度和提取次数对红景天甙的提取有显著影响 ,料液比有一定影响 ,提取时间影响较小。结论 在提取次数 3次、粒度2mm、乙醇浓度 5 0 %、料液比 1:5、温度 78℃、时间

Objective This paper is discussing about the main effective factors during the process of extraction of salidroside from rhodiola crenulata.Methods The content of salidroside from rhodiola crenulata,time, temprature, ethanol and times of extraction were investigated by using the thogonal. Results It has an obvious affection to the content of salidroside from rhodiola crenulata,temprature,ethanol and times of extraction and certain affection to the weight ration but little affection to the time of extraction. Conclusion The most effective way of the extraction is 78℃, 3 times,2 mm granutaity ,50% ethanol to Rhodiola crenulata, weight ratio 1:5, and 2h for each time.
