应用6种增菌液5种培养基检测8种常见食源性致病菌的报告 被引量:1

摘要 目的 快速全面地检测常规细菌性食物中毒致病菌 ,为临床提供实验室诊断依据。方法 依据《食品卫生检验方法》微生物学部分GB 4789 1-94,采用 6种增菌液 5种培养基就可完成 8种常见致病菌的检验工作。结果  2 0 0 3年深圳市龙岗区发生的 9宗食物中毒 ,临床诊断为细菌性食物中毒的有 6宗 ,其中 5宗均分离出致病菌。 45份食物中毒送检标本中 ,共分离出致病菌 11株 ,分离率 2 4 4%。菌型有金黄色葡萄球菌 2株 ,O 15 7;H 7大肠埃希菌 2株 ,甲型副伤寒 3株 ,福氏Ⅱ型志贺氏菌 2株 ,副溶血性弧菌 2株。结论 应用 6种增菌液 5种培养基能快速检测 8种常见食源性致病菌。 Objective To rapidly examine the overall routine pathogenic bacteria and provide basis for clinical diagnosis. According to the microbiology parts GB 4789.1-94 of 'Methods for Food Sanitation Examination',the application of 6 kinds of proliferous liquids and 5 kinds of culture mediums is effective in testing 8 kinds of pathogenic bacteria. 11 strains of pathogenic bacteria were separate from 45 samples of food poisoning (24.4%). 2 of the strains were staphylococcus aureus,2 were H7 Escherichia coli,3 were type A Bacillus paratyphosus,2 were Shiga's bacillus,2 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus. [Conclusion] The application of 6 kinds of proliferous liquids and 5 kinds of culture mediums is an effective way to test 8 kinds of food-induced pathogenic bacteria.
