深圳市某医院2002年颅脑伤害住院病例健康及经济损失分析

Analysis on the health and economic loss of patients with brain injuries in a hospital of Shenzhen

目的 了解颅脑伤害住院病例的健康及经济损失情况。方法 应用经济、潜在寿命损失年数 (YPLL)、潜在工作损失年数 (WYPLL)、及潜在价值损失年数 (VYPLL)等指标对颅脑伤害住院病例所造成的损失进行分析。结果 颅脑伤害住院病例平均费用为 862 1 6元 ;住院平均日数为 13 6d ;潜在寿命损失年数、潜在工作损失年数、潜在价值损失年数分别为 2 13 0、15 69、12 75年。交通事故 ,高处坠下及其他伤害居损失的前 3位。结论 颅脑伤害所造成的健康及经济损失是巨大的 ,预防意外事故的发生对减少颅脑伤害所造成的健康及经济损失具有重大意义。

Objective To explore the health and economic loss of patients with brain injuries. Analysis was made on the loss of patients with brain injuries with the indexes of economic loss and years of potential life lost (YPLL), working years of potential lost (WYPL) and valued years of potential life lost (VYPLL). The average expense for hospitalization was 8 621.6 RMB;average length of hospitalization was 13.6 d;YPLL,WYPL and VYPLL were 2 130,1 569 and 1 275 year respectively. The first three kinds of loss were accident,falls and other injuries. [Conclusion] Brain injuries may lead to enormous loss of health and economy. It is vital to prevent the occurrence of accidents and decrease the health and economic loss caused by brain injuries.
