各种肌皮瓣修复电击伤的临床应用

Tissue reconstruction on electrical injuries with muscle cutaneous flap

目的 电击伤所致的组织损害往往程度深 ,范围广 ,修复困难 ,这里对电击伤后早期组织修复方法进行临床探讨。方法 2 9例患者早期采用各种肌皮瓣修复电击伤所致的组织缺损。结果 该组患者手术后全部获修复。结论 早期利用各种肌皮瓣修复电击伤 。

Objective To explore a method of tissue reconstruction on electrical injuries. Muscle cutaneous flap was applied to restore the tissue of 29 cases of electrical injuries. All the patients were reconstructed after the operation. [Conclusion] Muscle cutaneous flap application in early period is beneficial for the reconstruction of damaged tissues.
