摘要
通过对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢同种金属和1Cr18Ni9Ti/16MnDR异种金属的焊接接头抗晶间腐蚀试验研究,分析了焊缝金属的化学成分和金相组织形态;阐明了焊缝金属中C,Cr等主要合金元素以及组织形态对焊缝金属抗腐蚀性能的影响;确定了合理的焊接材料和焊接工艺规范。
Studied in this paper is the test of welded joints resistant to intercrystalline corrosion of identical type metal welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and different type metal welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti / 16MnDR. The thesis analyses the chemical composition and microstructure of welded joints,clarifies the effect of major alloy elements,such as C and Cr,in joints seam and its construction on the anti-erosion performance of welding joints,and verifies the appropriate welding material and welding procedure.
