肝素钠液封管与可来福无针密闭式输液接头封管的效果比较

Effect comparison of joint sealing between heparin sodium solution sealing and Kolafu needle free closed style transfusion

目的探讨肝素钠液封管与可来福无针密闭式输液接头封管的效果是否不同。方法纳入符合标准的83例住院输液病人,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用肝素钠液封管,试验组采用可来福无针密闭式输液接头封管,观察两组的封管效果。结果试验组可来福无针密闭输液接头封管的留置保留时间长于对照组肝素钠液封管的留置保留时间(P<0.05)。结论可来福无针密闭式输液接头封管的效果好于肝素钠液封管的效果。

Objective To study the effect of joint sealing between heparin sodium solution sealing and Kolafu needle free closed style transfusion joint sealing. Method Based on the selected Standard, 83 cases of in-patients with transfusion were selected and divided into control and experimental group. The heparin sodium sealing was conducted in control group. The Kolafu needle free closed style transfusion joint sealing was conducted in experimental group. The tuber sealing effect was cpmpared between the two group. Results The sealinb retain time of Kolafu needle free closed style transfusion joint sealing in experimental group is longer tha(?) that of heparin sodium sealing(P< 0. 05). Conclusion the effect of Kolafu needle free closed style transfusion joint sealing is better than that of heparin sodium sealing.
