摘要
本文通过几种非ODS清洗剂与CFC-113清洗剂性能的比较,同时简要说明了真空开关管的生产过程中各种清洗剂的使用情况,说明了HEP-2清洗剂替代零部件清洗和整管带电清洗中使用的CFC-113清洗剂的情况。
This paper has introduced the application situation of different cleaning agents inproduction of vacuum switch tube through comparison among several non-ODS solvents andCFC-113 as well as the application of HEP-2 to substitute CFC-113 in cleaning of componentsand parts and electrifying cleaning of whole tube.
