Research on the Cervical Spine Oblique Photography

介绍了对颈椎斜位摄影方法进行探讨 ,重点是椎间孔的显示方法。其结论是正确的颈椎双斜位摄影 :躯体冠状面与胶片成 6 0°角 ,而头部冠状面与胶片成 4 5°角 ,使上下颈椎倾斜角度略有偏转 ;球管中心线向足侧倾斜 15°角 ,于 C3椎体下缘射入胶片中心。

Cervical oblique photography especially the method to show the intervertebral foramen were introduced in this article. Our conclusion is that the proper methods of cervical double oblique photography should be as below: the coronal plain of the body 60 degree and of the head 45 degree to the film, the center line of the tube titled caudal 15 degree, the X-ray shine in the film center through the third cervical vertebra.
