经颅多谱勒及转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者的研究

Study of Transcranial Doppler and Neck Rotation Test in the Patients with Vertebrobasilarartery Insufficiency Vertigo

目的 :探讨 TCD及转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者 (VBI)的诊断价值。方法 :对 6 5例椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者进行 TCD及转颈试验检测 ,并与 4 0例健康对照组进行对比分析。结果 :VBI组 6 5例中异常 5 1例 ,异常率为 78.4 6 %。加做转颈试验后异常 5 9例 ,异常率为 90 .76 %。 VBI组转颈前后平均血流速度有显著性差异(P<0 .0 1)。对照组转颈前后平均血流速度无明显差异。结论 :TCD及转颈试验检查有助于提高 VBI的早期诊断率。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranail Doppler(TCD) and neck rotation test in patiens with vertebrobasilarartery insufficiency(VBI).Methods 65 patiens with VBI and 40 normal were studied by TCD and neck rotation test. Results The abnormity were 51 in 65 patiens with VBI, the abnormal rate was 78.46 %,after neck rotation test, the abnormity were 59 and the abnormal rate was 90.76 %, there being significant difference in the VBI patiens , there being no significant difference in the nomal. Conclusion TCD and neck rotation test might increase the forepart diagnostic rate of VBI.
