摘要
目的 :探讨心力衰竭 ( CHF)时过氧化脂质 ( LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)的变化及其临床意义。方法 :通过 5 6例风湿性心脏病人充血性心力衰竭时血浆过氧化脂质 ( P- LPO)、红细胞过氧化脂质 ( Bry- LPO)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶 ( P- SODA)、红细胞过氧化物歧化酶 ( Ery- SODA)活性的测定 ,并与 5 0例风湿性心脏病无心力衰竭病人作比较分析。结果 :发现风心病心衰患者 LPO明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,SODA活性显著下降 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,且随心衰程度加重而变化更加显著。心衰纠正后LPO逐渐下降 ,SODA显著回升。结论 :氧自由基 ( OFR)不仅参与心衰的病理生理过程 ,也可作为判断病情轻重的参考指标 ,在 CHF患者中积极纠正心衰的同时使用 OFR清除剂 ,对心衰的预防。
Objective: to study the change of LPO and SOD in heart failure and its clinical significance. Methods:The levels of P LPO. Ery LPO and the activities of P SODA and Ery SODA were checked and investigated in 56 patients of rheumatic heart disease with congestive heart failure, and compared those in 50 cases of rheumatic heart disease without congestive heart failure. Results: In patients of rheumatic heart disease with congestive heart failure, the level of LPO increased obviously( P <0 01),and the activity of SODA decreased obviously( P <0 01), wlfich varied obviously when the condition of heart failure got seriously. The level of LPO decreased and SODA increased after the heart failure syndrome got better. Conclusion:The Oxygen free radicals not only take part in pathology and physiology of heart failure, but also serve as indexes on judge the seriousness of disease. It has some value on preventing and curing heart failure if we using some medicine of relieving OFR while improve heart function of CHF patients.
