The Besign for on-Line Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of the Mechanical Behavior of OLTC

设计了电力变压器有载调压分接开关 (OLTC)机械性能的在线监测与故障诊断系统 ,包括硬件和软件两大部分。本设计将数据处理与故障诊断技术集成在远程计算机的综合分析软件中 ,具有丰富的实时显示和数据库存储功能 ,能满足 OL TC的实际运行监测需要 ,为其实现状态维修提供了技术手段。

A comprehensive system is developed for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the mechanical behavior of on-load tap changers (OLTC) in power transformers,including both hardware and software design. The data processing and fault diagnosis techniques are integrated into a synthetic software installed in a remote computer,which can realize real-time graphical display of data features and has convenient access to database. The developed system can meet the requirement for on-line monitoring and diagnostics of OLTC,and presents significant technological approaches for condition-based maintenance of OLTC.
