摘要
针对某化工装置 3台大功率风机运行中存在的能耗高等一系列问题 ,在比较国内各种风机节能改造方案的基础上 ,提出了采用变频调速技术的建议 ,以及在应用该技术中首先要考虑或解决的 6个具体问题。论证了实施这一技术的可行性 ,认为 :改造后不仅节能效果明显 ,投资回收期短 ,而且还能与装置其它改造融为一体 ,实现装置技术升级 。
To solve a serial problems of large-scale fan during the operation in a chemical plant,expecially the energy saving,propose the solution of using frequency converting tecnhology after compared energy saving innovations for fans.,and verify the feasibility of this technology,according to the experience & reality of the plant and the six problems should be considered and solved during using this technology.The conclusion is:improve the efficiency of energy saving obviously after innovation;shorten the investment return time;besides by integrating with other innovation in the plant,upgrade the technology of the whole plant;totally solve the problem of huge energy consumption in the plant.
