扣子七乙醇提取物抗炎与镇痛活性的实验研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Ethanol Extracts from Roots of Panax japonicus

目的 :探讨扣子七乙醇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法 :用扭体法、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清致小鼠关节炎评价扣子七乙醇提取物的抗炎与镇痛活性。结果 :扣子七乙醇提取物对蛋清所致关节炎、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症、醋酸所致小鼠疼痛有较强的消炎、镇痛作用 ,其中对蛋清所致生物性炎症的对抗作用强于二甲苯所致化学性疼痛。结论 :扣子七乙醇提取物具有显著的抗炎。

Objective:Study on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of ethanol extracts from roots of Panax japonicus.Methods:Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects are evaluated by torsion body method, daubing xylene on ears of mice and letting arthrosis swelling with egg proteins.Results:The extract showed marked analgesic effect on mice caused by vinegar,obvious anti-inflammation induced by xylene and egg proteins.Stronger actions of this extract toward the biologic inflammation induced by egg proteins were observed than the chemical inflammation induced by xylene.Its anti-inflammatory effect with a dosage of 1.5～3.0 g/kg is equivalent to that of aspirin with of dosage of 0.15 g/kg.Conclusion:The extract displayed marked anti-inflammatory effects and strong analgesic effects.
