目的 :建立中药用 AB- 8型大孔树脂有机溶剂残留物的检测方法。方法 :采用顶空气相色谱法 ,对正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯及二乙烯苯进行检测。结果 :方法的精密度 RSD均小于 6 .0 % ,峰面积与浓度均有良好的线性关系 ,回收率均符合要求。结论 :该方法操作简便、准确可靠 ,可控制中药用 AB-

Objective:To build up a method for detecting benzene series residues from AB-8 macroreticular resin in Potentilla ansterina L.extraction.Methods:Using headspace GC to determine residues in Potentilla ansterina L. extraction.Results:RSD of precision are all less than 8.0%,there is favorable linearity relation between peak area and concentration.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for the detection of residues.
