Features and normal value of brain electrical activity mapping in healthy elderly people

摘要 目的:了解正常老人脑电地形图(brainelectricalactivitymapping,BEAM-EEG)特点及正常值,为今后研究老年精神病患者的BEAM-EEG打下基础。方法:应用丹麦ConcertoSEEG-16首脑电地形图仪,对39例正常老人的BEAM-EEG作了检测。结果:提出了BEAM-EEG各脑区各频域功率值,左中央区(C3)的δ轼率为(23.8±7.5)μV2,θ功率为(19.3±6.6)μV2,α功率为(50.1±8.6)μV2,β功率为(62.9±5.8)μV2;右中央区(C4)δ功率为(24.0±7.1)μV2,θ功率为(20.6±6.4)μV2,α功率为(50.4±7.8)μV2,β功率为(64.2±4.7)μV2,各记录点左右侧也作了比较。还对39例正常老人BEAM-EEG与EEG做了对比,BEAM-EEG提高阳性检出率8%。结论:正常老人BEAM-EEG图像直观简明,EAM-EEG的自发脑电部分与常规EEG相似。 AIM:To study the characteristics and normal value of brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM-EEG) in normal elderly people, so as to lay a foundation for the study on BEAM-EEG of patients with senile mental disease in the future. METHODS:The BEAM-EEGs of 39 normal elderly people were examined by using the Concerto SEEG-16 channels BEAM machine(Danmark). RESULTS:The power values of BEAM-EEG at various brain sites were analyzed.The δ,θ,α and β powers in the left central area(C3) were (23.8±7.5),(19.3±6 .6),(50.1±8.6) and(62.9±5.8) μV2; while those in the right central area(C4) w ere(24.0±7.1),(20.6±6.4),(50.4±7.8) and(64.2±4.7) μV2,respectively.The valu es at each point were compared between the left and right sides, and the values of BEAM-EEG and EEG were also compared in the 39 normal elderly people,and the results showed that the BEAM-EEG increased the positive detection rate by 8%. CONCLUSION:The BEAM-EEG figures are simple and easy to see,and the spontaneou s brain electricity part of BEAM-EEG is similar to the routine EEG.
