Tracking Survey of the Life Quality of Salvaged SARS-patient After Coming Back from Hospital for Six Months

目的 :检测我院SARS患者治愈出院半年后生存质量状况。方法 :对我院治愈出院半年后的 2 7例SARS患者和 56例健康者分别用中文版SF 36和WHOQOL BREEF两种量表同时进行问卷调查。结果 :SARS患者出院半年后的生存质量用SF 36量表测得生理、心理、社会关系及环境四个领域以及用WHOQO BREEF量表测得生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能以及健康变化等六个方面和健康对照组相比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ,而在活力、精神健康两方面显示有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :在我院住院治愈的SARS患者出院半年后的生存质量基本良好 ,仅在活力、精神健康两方面较健康人稍差。说明中医药为主治疗SARS有助于提高和改善SARS康复者的生存质量 ,中医药治疗SARS的远期疗效也是肯定的。

Objective: To investigate the quality of life among Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome(SARs) patiens half a year after discharged. Methods:28 SARS patients discharged from our hospital half a year were investigated respectively by SF-36 (Chinese version ) and WHOQOL-BREEF Forms meanwhile 56 healthy persons. Results: The quality of life of SARS patients make no obvious difference between the healthy persons in role of Physical Functioning. Role-Physical. Bodily Pain,General Health,Social Functioning,Role-Emotional and Physical Mental Society and environment (P>0.05 ),but in the Vitality,Mental Health two sides have to show the obvious difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life of SARS patients half a year after discharged is basic good,possibility in the VitalitV,Mental Health energy two sides than the health person is slightly bad. Elucidate Chinese medicine is beneficial to improve he quality of life in SARS patients,and the far curative effect is affirmed.
