糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

A clinical observation of cataract extraction by phacomulsification and IOL imp lantation in diabetics

目的:探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的手术技巧及其临床疗效。方法:对52例(55眼)糖尿病患者白内障利用分割碎核法进行超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术。结果:术后矫正视力≥0.5者42眼占76.4%,术中并发症主要为后囊破裂、前房出血,术后并发症主要为角膜水肿、纤维素性渗出、虹膜后黏连。结论:糖尿病患者白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入是有效的手术方式,强调术中减少对虹膜骚扰,术后观察眼底及时予以治疗。

Objective To investigate technique and therapeutic effects of phaco mu lsification and IOL implantation in diabetic. Methods Phacoemulsification and IO L implantation in diabetics were performed on 55 eyes of 52 patients using divid e and conguer mucleofractics technigue. Results The visual acuites with correcti on were 0.5 or better in 42 eyes(76.4%) after operation. The intra-operation c omplications are posterior capsule rupture and hyphema.The post-operation compl ications are corneal edema,fibrous exudates and posterior synechia of iris. Con clusions Cataract extraction by phacomulsification and IOL implantation in diabe tics is an effective technigue. It is important that the iridial damage should b e decreased during the operation,diabetic retinopathy followed up after operati on and treated promptly.
