33例异位妊娠天花粉保守治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of curing 33 cases of ectopic pregnancy by trichosanthin injec tion

目的:探讨异位妊娠采用天花粉蛋白针保守治疗的临床疗效和适应症。方法:天花粉皮试阴性后,一次性宫颈注射天花粉蛋白针2.4mg并辅以地塞米松肌注,观察其临床症状、体征、血β-HCG及B超结果的变化。结果:对33例异位妊娠病例治疗效果分析,对于腹腔内出血少,B超提示盆腔包块,血β-HCG高者或人流后未见绒毛病理提示子宫内膜腺体呈A-S反应等效果为100%。结论:天花粉蛋白针治疗异位妊娠有很好的疗效。

Objective To explore the indications and curative effects in the c on servative treatment of using trichosanthin.Methods ①Skin test should be of nega tive result;②Subcutaneous injection with testing dosage should be of no abnorm al reaction;③Cervical injection of trichosanthin with a dosage of 2.4 mg in co njunction with intramuscular injection of dexamethasone;④Observation of clinic al symtoms should be on physical signs,blood HCG and the result of B-ultrasoun d.Result Analysis of 33 clinical cases with ectopic pregnancy indicates that the re is 100%curative effect for the cases with less bleeding in the abdomen,B-u ltrasound result suggesting a mass in the pelvic region,higher blood HCG or no chorionic villi seen after abortion,or pathological result suggesting A-S reac tion for the indometrial gland.Conclusion Using trichosanthin has good curative effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
