西酞普兰治疗抑郁症32例临床观察

A clinical obserration of citalopram in the treatment of 32 patients with depression

目的:观察选择性5—羟色胺再摄取抑制剂西酞普兰的抗抑郁作用及其不良反应。方法:用该药治疗各种抑郁症32例。用Hamilton抑郁量表评定临床疗效。结果:该药临床显效率达68.75%,总有效率为90.63%。不良反应轻微。结论:提示西酞普兰是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药物。

Objective To investigate the anti-depressive effect and adverse e ff ect of a new selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor,citalopram. Methods 32 pa tients with various depression were enrolled. Hamilton Rating Scale of Depressio n(HAMD) was used to evaluate the clinical response. Results 68.75%patients were improved according to HAMD. The rate of total improvement was 90.63%with mild adverse effects. Conclusion The result indicated that citalopram was a safe and effective antidepressant.
