The Higher Professional School Should Form an Enterprise-modeled Campus Culture

本文从高职院校人才培养目标出发,对建设具有高职特色的校园文化即企业化的校园文化的内涵、必要性、对策等问题作了初步探讨,以利推动高职教育的建设和发展。

The higher professional school should form an enterprisemodeled campus culture, which has the following features: 1. the highest teaching aim is to cultivate technicians needed by the enterprises; 2..the basic value standard is the quality serving the enterprise;3.school-running principle is enterprisemodeled; 4.the management is as strict, standard and efficient as the enterprise does. In order to form such kind of culture, one should try to make the process be a system and a rule. Besides, one should practice, give praises or punishments and absorb the pith of those advanced enterprise culture. What抯 more, the ISO9000 can also be adopted to standardize the inner management of a school.
