摘要 目的制备可用于靶向骨肿瘤治疗的高分散性且生物相容性好的纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶。方法采用六偏磷酸钠为分散剂制备溶胶,采用MTT法和淋巴细胞实验测试细胞毒性。结果获得纳米粒子含量为88%的高分散性溶胶,溶胶含量低于27.8mg/L时,对于3T3细胞和淋巴细胞的增殖没有毒性。结论该溶胶可以作为靶向药物载体安全用于给药体系。 AIM: To obtain a highly dispersed nano hydroxyapatite(HA) sol for drug delivery system through a simple and practical method.METHODS: Nontoxic sodium hexametaphosphate(NaP) was used as dispersant. The cytotoxicity of the sol was tested by MTT assay and lymphocytotoxicity test. RESULTS:A highly dispersed nano sol containing 88%HA nanocrystals was obtained. The nano HA sol had no toxicity on the proliferation of 3T3 cells and lymphocytes especially when the concentration of the sol was below 27.8 mg/L. CONCLUSION:The nano sol is a safe drug carrier for targeting drug system.
